(April 29, 2016, Shanghai) On April 28, 2016, Hilong employees Gao Zhihai and Ren Biao were respectively honored at the 2016 Shanghai Baoshan District May 1st International Labor Day commendation ceremony, with each receiving the honorary Shanghai May 1st labor medal at the municipal and district levels.
Gao Zhihai is currently General Manager of Hilong's Shanghai Boteng Welding Consumables Co., Ltd. For a long period of time, he has dedicated himself to studying wear, prevention, and control of drilling string during the course of oil drilling and oil extraction, and has successively developed a series of world-class advanced drill pipe hardbanding wires. His efforts have resulted in the creation of the BoTn hardbanding wire brand, which has achieved positive economic and public success.
Ren Biao is currently Chief Engineer at Hilong Petrochemical Research Institute. He is adept at in-depth study of the leading edge of the market and front-line production. Through use of multiple exclusive national invention patents for OCTG coatings, he strongly promotes successful development of Hilong's exclusive OCTG coatings and their wide application on domestic and international markets.
Hilong Human Resources Director represented Hilong in congratulating the award-winning employees. In a variety of fields, they facilitate exceptional contributions toward Hilong's scientific and technical innovation strategy.
